| NEW! PAINTING ANIMALS (ages 11-14) |
| This is your chance to create an original portrait of your pet. Whether
it’s a fish, your cat or the dog of your dreams, we’ll use photos for
reference and create a variety of projects that lead to the final
portrait. Animals have been a subject in art since the beginning of
time. We’ll look at the horse in cave paintings, the adored cat of
Egypt and the dog in 19th century painting; how were these paintings
created and how will they inspire you to paint your pet? |
