  • Drawing and Painting Studio Techniques

This class is ideal for students looking to build a strong foundation in drawing and painting while developing work for a future portfolio. With a focus on core skills like perspective, composition, shading, and figure drawing, students will work with materials such as graphite, charcoal, ink, watercolour, and acrylic. Get ready to draw, dream, and laugh your way through Cartoon Creations! This class is perfect for kids who love superheroes, silly villains, and all things animated. Artists will learn the fundamentals of cartooning like drawing expressive faces, action poses, and dynamic characters. Whether they’re reimagining favourites like Spider-Man or the Ninja Turtles, or creating their own hilarious heroes and chaotic villains, kids will explore storytelling through drawing. Inspired by the world of indie comics and shows like Bluey and Avatar, this is a fun and creative adventure where imagination leads the way!

Teen and younger artists will have projects designed around their interests, including favourite shows, movies, and books! We can also help ideate new original characters and stories. A great way for young artists to bring their ideas to life through imaginative, tactile projects.
